The evening’s venue will be the historic Windermere Town Hall grounds, where delectable tastings and pairings from the finest Central Florida eateries will be served.  Thank you to our Wine Sponsor, Tim’s Wine Market, as they will be serving specially selected wine from around the world.  This event is held outside under the stars and beautiful old growth tree canopy with music and dancing all night.  Dress comfortably and check the weather before you leave as it is a walk around outside event.  We look forward to you joining us for another evening supporting our community.

5:30 p.m.
Registration opens.

6:00 p.m.
Doors open and the evening begins!  Check-in to receive your commemorative wine glass and lanyard for the evening.  Then peruse the silent auction offerings if you like and enjoy an amazing array of food and wine parings from the area’s most renowned establishments.  All complemented by  tastings from our Wine Sponsor Tim’s Wine Market of   Windermere.

9:00 p.m.
Silent Auction closes and checkout begins.   Our very generous restaurants will be closing down, however the DJ plays on till 10:00 p.m.  Tim’s Wine Market will be selling wine by the glass or bottle for the remainder of the evening.

The event will be held rain or shine.  Please no pets and no personal chairs.  This is a non-smoking event.  We are a wheelchair accessible event and should you have specific needs, questions, or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the event chair at:  windermerewineanddine@gmail.com
